An update on my progress...I am now reading my 6th and 7th books of the year. I finished the Twilight series, and read The Other Boleyn Girl (eh, it was so-so, in my opinion.) Now, I am reading A Voice in the Wind by Francine Rivers. And...Midnight Sun (the partial draft of the next Twilight book....whatever, it's 250 pages so I'm counting it!)
Boy, am I glad I got up early beat the crazies the day Twilight came out. I mean look at the line...

Anyways, Adam and I went to a car show this past weekend, so I was up early and decided I needed to go get my Special Edition Blu-Ray version of Twilight from my local Target. I mean...before it sells out of course! There was practically no one there! I was laughing at myself going in to pick it up and a few less important items. I felt better once inside...everyone who WAS there DID have a copy in their hands...so there. hehe I did go see the movie in the theater and I am just as disappointed as most of the other fans of the books. However, I have faith that the next installments will be better and, therefore, I felt I NEEDED to have every movie even if this particular one was less than stellar. I made Adam watch it (you didn't hear that from me), he liked it (again...). I'm not gonna lie...he spent most of the movie googling pics of the chicks from the film. He now has a thing for Alice. lol Boys...
